my friend went to Japan a few months back and stumbled upon this at/ or around Toyota's Muesum I believe..

My guess is the new Black Jack series, although Higeoyaji looks a little strange...

I know Daddy Walrus is the bartender for the Black Jack TV series (ive only seen the 1st episode) but this cell does not match his attire, which is a blue vest-like suit I believe.
This could be a fake, though, but theyre charging quite a bit for this one!

Looks more like it's from that "Last Mystery of the 20th Century" film. It was something about Tezuka going to this hotel that had all his characters staying there. Princess Knight was looking after Astro, and Tenma was in a wheelchair and kinda looked like a horse.
