Well there is Atlas...but he's kinda more of his arch rival
there is also Coltbalt...he's erm...special..
in the Playstation 2 game of Astro boy, Tenma sends a group of Astroboy-look alike clones towards Astroboy..

All I know about Jetter Mars is that I met him and got his profile in Omega Factor. X3

Yeah, there is no clone Astroboy, just the lookalikes from the PS2 game and the lookalike "Devil Balloons". But the latter doesn't count anyway.

There were two episodes & 1 manga story in which our Atom was fighting another Atom. Not only that, but Atom even had to destroy his own body in 1 comic/anime story.

In the first category, Robot Spaceship (comic & anime) had the bad guys build their own Atom. Manga #51/ anime #46.

129 Atom vs. Atom, Dr. Fooler creates his own Atom.

In both of these, the evil Atoms turn good in the end.

Then, con men trick the siblings into swapping themselves into adult bodies, & then steal the little Atom body to use it in crime. (manga Vol 10, Astro's Been Stolen!/39th Episode: Astro Boy Stolen).
