Where is the Astroboy movie being made and i wonder how much it will cost? Thanks and hugs please

The Imagi Animation studios are in Hong Kong. Their office in LA likely handles pre and post production, while the Hong Kong studio does all the actual animating. The budget is around 40 million US dollars from what I've heard, which is a fraction of what the typical CG animated film from Dreamworks or Pixar costs.
