I heard yesterday, I'm absurdly thrilled about this. And the latest chapters have been so good too...February can't come soon enough.

And tonigirl1000, Pluto starts out as an enemy to Astro but sort of becomes his friend in the end (he's friends with Uran too.) That's how it is in Astro Boy anyway (although the story differs depending on which version.) In Pluto he hasn't actually spoken to Atom/Astro yet, but he is friends with Uran.

COOL! Viz always does good stuff. Now what would it take to get Viz to pull Astro Boy from Sony's cold hands and give it a second chance?

I still never got to read the final chapters. I'm definitely getting this one!

Oh, wouldn't that be nice...unlikely, but nice. If anyone gets it, I'd think it would be Funimation. They redubbed One Piece and picked up a bunch of stuff after Geneon went under, so I'd think this would be more their type of project. And they're great and all, but I do love Viz.
