Now available for preorder from CD Japan. I suppose it might also be available from Yes Asia & Amazon.jp, but as I receive emails from CD Japan, I have the link:

While the page may not make it clear about the soundtrack, clicking the link at bottom & running a translator yielded the names of the actors.
