Dislike epesode in the 1980 s

I know were all fan of astroboy and I know its a rare thing to have a Have a hate epesode of Astroboy And iam sure Only Few will comment on this thread or maybe no one XD

The only episodes I hate are the ENGLISH versions of episodes 1 & 2... I watched the Japanese versions the other day. OMG, I was sooo annoyed. All those extra scenes that were cut that would make the series a LOT more understandable especially regarding Atlas.

I think The Hijacked Airship was the one I liked the least. I found it a bit dull, and it's one of those episodes where Astro doesn't seem to be drawn quite right.

Personally, I found it a little mediocre in terms of writing. Apparently the guy who looks like Goa had a dream in life where he hijacked an aircraft...?

I did't see any wrong in that chapter, honestly. It was just a robot girl naked.... What is the big deal about it? He did't evey touch her in a wrong maner....

Honesly, I did't like the firts chapter (english version)... It's so... Strange?????? How could they just edited two chapters? Reproof?

I'm a writer, and I hate to be censored... When you draw or write something, I hate when an editor say something like "you must cut this part or change this one...".

Well, it's just my opinion.

I'm not a writer, but I can only agree. Things aren't dumped randomly in a work; removing or modifying them can't be done lightly.

The one I find the most boring is The Monster of Clarken, closely followed by The White Planet, The Baby Elephant Pook and The Wreck of the Titan. Not a fan of Robio and Robiette either. Oh and I used to like Formula 1 back then!

I remember watching the teaser for The Hijacked Airship. As a result, I was very curious to see it but missed it the following week, and it would be a few years before I finally saw it on a rerun (and kept it on tape for some time), so it's special to me. I liked watching Astro trying to be normal.

That being said, I also have problems with those episodes in which Astro isn't drawn right. He really isn't cute in those. I don't understand why these were considered acceptable. Weren't there really anobody else available to draw him?! I really like some of these stories but the drawing turns me off.

This reminds me an odd lot of my younger brother, whom is about your age, Astroboy1900. He's very timid and squeamish about this sort of material, but whenever romantic things (or things like the doctor scene in that episode) appear on TV, he and my sister/and-or myself drown it out with confused shouting.

Then again, I was fairly defensive of way back when...
