For starters, Kyukyokyu Chojin R is a 1985-87 manga series about a teenaged android named R Tanaka and his friends in the school Camera Club. After R turns up out of nowhere in the forest, and a detective suspects R was built with a more hostile purpose in mind,the club looks for his creator.
