They all sound pretty good! Although I'm a bit disappointed that one of the sequences focuses on the RRF. I'd rather it be Astro and Cora. But it's all good.

Junkyard Pirates? I wonder if it'll be like those two hill billys in the video game. Yeah I secretly would've prefered an extra Astro Cora scene too, but the one on RRF should still be cool =D the dvd's suppost to have deleted scenes too isn't it? =3

Well, considering it's aimed for boys, it kinda figures they'd lean more towards action and slapstick comedy than "mushy stuff."

Aw come on Astro Boy is for everybody! I'm a chick and I love the series and movie! Just DYING to get the dvd and see all the extras. I only say about an extra Astro Cora scene because...well, v_v I'm a sucker for pairings (drops head on desk in shame.)

Though I do get what you mean there.

I think the "Junkyard Pirates" is the animated version of a scene from the comic adaptation...there was a bit right after Astro met the human kids, where he saved them from two enormous wheeled robots. And the RRF thing is like a bonus short, in the vein of Dug's short on the Up DVD.

Aaaagh, why must this DVD come out two weeks after my birthday?!
