I have all of them in many languages, have a look here. I can also get the missing ones in English from the Madman release, which means there is the first 2 "lost" episodes ;) If you need a part or a whole episode that you can't find, just send me a private message. (episodes aren't online because as soon as they are they get abused: people start downloading them like crazy with tens if not hundreds of parallel connections)

Hey guys do you have the cut scenes that are not in the North American box set, where uran is singing about all the different world religons? It was cut from the episode urans quest. I have all the cut scenes also episodes 1 and 2 are also easy to find fully subtitled online. Of course I mean the true episodes, not the cut up editied ones from English tv. A great thing about the box set Bob Gonzales shows you is it comes with dual audio, so fo rthe first time you can wacth astro in japanese with english subtitles.
Your can also download the whole show for free from the torrent site bakabt.com. I also have the tv series Jetter Mars which is basicly the 1970s astroboy, im sure you guys know all about jettermars right? Is there no one here who has either the fansub or the raw japanese version of episode 20, I will translate it and fan sub it again if need be.
If you guys can find me that episode I will share the uncut subtitled widescreen korean box set rips of 2003 astro I bought.

If you like classic anime and mecha check out my podcast at http://www.anime82.blogspot.com aswell.

Some of us bought the Australian boxset, which came out earlier than the American one nad has a few different cut scenes. Others also have a copy of the original Japanese episodes (or at least some of them).
