I was looking on this rp that i'm going to join where you can pick your own demon and I found this guy!

I mean look! He's got the hair, pants and everything, even the colors and the flames match up to Astro. This just cracked me up.

As for his name, it is Nezha and he appears in Shin Megami Tensei games, Persona 3 included. You can find out more information on him hereeeee.
