Won't happen. Ever.
When the rumors of the 2009 movie came out, the bigwigs started to imagine all sorts of new things like a new tv series. But as it turned out, the 2009 movie was a failure in both America's and Japan's box offices, so their imaginations were pretty much shot down.

It still won't happen.
I'm sure lots of people ask all the time for new shows, but it just simply will not happen. It doesn't work like that.

You do not need to snap back at me.
It just won't happen. And it's even more unlikely for an American company to produce one. Astro Boy just isn't that popular in the US.

you want to email tv stations you go right ahead and don't limit it to just 1 station, email em all

Dr. Jerkyou could be a bit more optimistic
evin if they won't produce a new show they might put old ones back on the air.

I don't know about anywhere else however in Australia television channels encourage the public to tell them (e-mail is one of them) about what shows they should put back on air and what shows on other countries they'd like to watch. That helps to keep their shows interesting

There's no harm in trying, that's what I think.
T-bucket the person you should asking is Imagi or Tezuka productions. They're the ones who put together the movie, tv stations only broadcast.
I don't have Tezuka productions e-mail but I got Imagi's here from their website.
investor@imagi.com.hkAs this is a company, make sure to write a formal letter otherwise they might not take you seriously. If you need help then ask someone here or a family member =3
Edit:
Oh and ask them if they'll ever been interested in making a sequel someday, even if it's just direct to video. More people that ask they might consider it.
