What do you think Astro thinks of Epsilon, what is his feelings towards her?

I think their feelings can be summed up in this VERY detailed drawing I found.

Being serious, I think Epsilon is like an older sister towards Astro, perhaps even a mother like role. Saw in one of 2003 mangas she hugs in a tender way when he's upset about humans and robots fighting. It's really sad ;_;

I think he thinks of her as a fellow comrade. (Actually, I haven't watched many episodes with Epsilon. I kind haven't finished watching the 2003 series. O__O)

Well Epsilon appeared in 5 episodes, and was featured in another. Thats only 6...

I see her as loving Astro as a dear friend and brother.

Now here's a question -- how would Epsilon and Uran get along?

She's an older role-model type for Astro, so yeah like an older sister.

Or according to that picture, maybe Astro wants to be good friends with her
