A Christmas Astro Boy Card

The drawing came from pixiv here and take no credit for it. The original version had no lyrics, I made them up with the exception of the song lyrics 'Stay in my memory'between the bars.
Astro and Tenma's dialogue was Japanese, but by some insane luck I translated correctly by guessing what the words might be on google translator (I was laughing happy when I got the 'welcome home' part). So yes, that's EXACTLY what they say. I haven't edit the drawings themselves in any way, except for tilting the speech bubbles since we don't read sideways.
But on my own thoughts, I fell in love with this little of art because it reminds me of a happy ending for father and son in the 03 anime. Why did I use 'Atomu' and 'Otousan' instead of 'Astro' and 'Father'? Since it was Japanese I wanted to stick to that feel, despite putting the words in English. And I love the Japanese phrases like Otousan, they got real meanings to them. As for the song, it just called to me, the lyrics felt like they went with the drawings.
If I can write really fast, I'll post christmas stories for you all =3 And perhaps post up some more Astro Christmas art I found.
