Well I come across the link again and managed to find the flash video it appears in. It was made in 2004 by Tezuka Productions for advertising Mastercard.

Astro, seeing the Earth is in trouble, creates a heart from his hands and gives it to everybody, putting a smile on the children's faces and healing the planet...what this has to do with buying an Astro Boy credit card however I have no idea! :lol

my bff hates him because i always talk about him :/ but back on topic..THAT IS A ABSOLUITLY CUTE PRETTY PICTURE AF ASTRO! want download:you can left click on your mouse and select "save image as" then its in your desktop computer..

I think the idea behind the Master Card was that if you do use it, it helps with some of the world's problems.

But that's just an assumption on my part.

Anyhow, it was a very beautifully made flash video. Tezuka Productions were still doing good with the animation I see.

oh, and XD and uran used one of those when she wasnt meant to..(remember that credit card dr.O'shay gave to zoran/uran for emergancys? well uran used it) XD i bet that what type of credit card she had XD

Good job for finding it. I know how difficult it is to find obscure Tezuka stuff online like that. And that is a very nice flash video. Most flash I've seen are awful.
