ASTRO BOY vs. IGZA

Apparently someone has had the gall to rename "Astro Boy/Tetsuwan Atomu Visits the person, IGZA 100,000 Light Years Away" and vulgarized it into "Astro Boy vs. IGZA"! thus destroying its message of friendship and understanding of different life forms. Can someone tell me when this happened?

Apparently the situation has been corrected with "AstroBoy vs. IGZA" being announced as the "shortened" name of "Astro boy/Tetsuwan Atomu visits the person, IGZA 100,000 light years away"! At least that is now how it is listed on Astro Boy's Wikipedia page!

That doesn't seem like much of a bad change to me, makes the title way shorter at least o.o.
This is for that ova film right?

There is no Astro Boy OVA film. Igza is an Imax middle-length feature.
