I have 2 questions about the anime Jetter Mars. i just found out about it.

1) What is it about? It looks like a spoof of astro boy but in a good way.

2) Where can i watch it? I don't care if its subbed or dubbed it just looks GREAT!

I don't really consider it a spoof or rip-off in any way, because Tezuka himself decided to do it, unless of course he wanted to spoof his own work.

2) It's been discussed countless times. Under Astro Boy Discussion, you can click "Search this forum" at the top right and enter Jetter Mars, you'll find all the info you'll need. Short answer is that the best option is to buy the Japanese box set. (no subtitles)

Yeahh, Tezuka made Jetter Mars , you can watch it on Youtube, or you can buy the DVD, but it is EXPENSIVE. Mind you that it doesn't exist in English dub.

P/S: Jetter Mars is cuter & chubbier than Astro , but unlike Astro, he is impish

Tezuka pobually made Jetter Mars after he sold off his rights to Astro Boy not sure though

Not true. He didn't sold any rights, Tezuka would never have done that. Rather Mushi Productions had went bankrupt and as a result, Tezuka lost the rights to many of his characters and it wouldn't be for a couple of years for him to secure them again.
