This guy did has 3D design for Astro Boy, if that's official I'm not sure but it still looks like some fancy stuff! =D

Google, it's my best friend!
I type in words like Astro Boy Storyboard, Art, Showreels, etc and I literally look at every picture or video that comes up.

WOW that is great stuff - now, I'd LOVE our forum's logo to look something like that one with Astro's "stuff" inside!!

There are several pictures of Astro's insides, actually. Most of which are from the manga, some from the various anime series, and there was a point where you do see the insides of Astro in the movie.
But I guess you guys meant a still shot from the film.
