I'm sure we've talked about him before. I think this was an official mascot used to promote the movie but I can't help but notice something about the costume. Is it just me, or is there a hint of his classic black shorts under his pants?

Would make sense for using the mascot in Japan, but they just used a completely different mascot over there, one that does not resemble Movie Astro.
