I'll translate the article for ya. A native Spaniard with a diploma of Proficiency in English is better than those freaky (yes: I called them "freaky") automated tranlslations:
To celebrate the 60th anniversary of Osamu Tezuka's Tetsuwan Atom (Astroboy)'s debut, Imperial Enterprise will launch 2 commemorative coins. The prize of everyone of them will be 169.500 yen for the gold one and 39.000 yen for the silver one.
Both coins are being minted by Tuvalu's Government, member of the Commonwealth. As a sidenote, the silver coin has another coin in the center with a value of 0'50 US $, which is dettachable and has the form of the Earth.
