"JUNGLE KINGDOM", the lost manga episode found (sort of)

Here's something I thought you guys might find of interest! Back in 2008, I won on eBay an Astro Boy "ehon" (pronounced w/ a short "e") or picture book.
These picture books are similar to Disney picture books in that they are made on stronger almost cardboard like paper and are painted illustrations rather than cartoon style drawings. Back in the sixties Mushi Prod. published about 20 volumes. Each book recreated an episode from the anime. This one tells of the adventure known as the "Jungle Kingdom" aka "Jungle Mystery"! Those familiar w/ this episode will know it as one of two manga stories that were not reprinted in the Dark Horse series and are considered "lost"!
The image below is of the cover. The rest are taken from my copies of the original scan as it appeared on eBay. (This was done to avoid potential damage to the original book; given its age.) So, please enjoy and I would love to see your comments!
I  :astro: :)

Gorgeous pictures, ASTROBUDDY. Thanks a lot for sharing them! :) It's a very cute adaption of the mentioned anime episode.
The coloring was done beautifully, strongly emphasizing the great visual impact (as the original is only in b/w).

Love the 2nd scan. Astro looks unbearable cute in that ape costume!
