I was talking with a friend after she started watching the Spanish dub of the 2003 anime and this sparked a little bit of curiosity in the other dubs of Astro Boy. (Besides Japanese and English.)

I ended up coming across the German opening to the 80s Astro Boy anime. I've never seen this version until know, since in anime I either watch a show either in Japanese or in English. The German opening theme in my opinion out of all the versions of the 80s series is the best one. It's surprisingly catchy and it fits.

Whoa, that sounds friggin awesome! o.o it's got such a fun beat to it, quick somebody put it in the disco!

I find it interesting to hear the multiple themes from other languages. I first heard the German version some weeks ago, it caught me by surprise because it was very unexpected what it sounded like. But I loved it anyway.

Personally my favourite version of the 80's OP theme (besides Japanese and English) is the French OP.
