There's currently 3 doujinshis that look pretty interesting on eBay. From what I can tell, none of them are pornographic.

First one is a gay love story between Tenma and Shadow from the 2003 series. It's from the amazing artist of this site. I especially like the way this artist draws Astro; I don't know how often he may show up in the book, but if someone's interested enough to buy it, make sure to tell us!

The next two feature Astro and Atlas, again from the 2003 series. The artstyle's pretty cute:

The art work looks really cool. I'm actually gonna make a doujinshi of Astro Boy from a fan fic a made like a couple years ago.

Aw, Astro looks really cute in those artists' styles. I am almost interested in "Tora! Tora! Tora!" But I am not big on doujinshi. The title of it is amusing too, but it has multiple meanings. I wonder which meaning it is.

Maybe it's just me, but I just noticed there might be some boy love subtext between Astro and Atlas in those page previews? Yes I'm a complete sucker for those. :d oh:

Tora!Tora!Tora! seems more general, although I can kinda see the possibility of hinted BL in the samples of that too.

I don't know if anyone would need them but since you put the romaji, the Japanese titles: "星に願いを" and　"トラ！トラ！トラ！"

I personally don't like doujins, because they mostly have homossexuality, hentai and incest.
I wonder if there is at least a doujin which stay true with the series with new plot twists and epic stories.
By the way, seeing images of Atom mutilated creeps me out.
It's ok that he is a robot and all, but it's not a nice thing to see.

Have you ever heard about not going to a place about something just to say how much you hate it. It sends bad vibes.

There is a manga from a doujinshi artist which stays true to the series and adds new plot twists. It's officially licensed by Tezuka Productions and you probably know about it.

What I did was to give my opinion, I am not going here saying hateful comments.
I was just pointing that most doujins aren't quite reliable for those who don't like incest, homossexuality and hentai.
I recomend those who don't like that kind of content to stay away from some doujinshis, because several scenes and events may be quite revolting. Like a pic which Atom is having sex with Uran for example O_o Some pictures like that get mixed even if we are using safe search on google.
Anyway, I think the author of that picture which you submitted really wanted to show battle damage on Atom. I would not explore something like that if I made a fan comic.
