The Amazing Astrogoat with jet rockets built into his horns so he can fly. How very cool is that? Would make a wonderful idea for a parody sketch on some unique comedy show like maybe MadTV.

Maybe they could write a sketch in which Astrogoat is up against a challenge by his arch enemy the gangster Skunk. Naturally this Skunk will actually be a real skunk. And of course Astrogoat must rescue his mentors. Dr. ELEPHANT and schoolteacher Daddy WALRUS. Need I say more?
