The google translation of the title suggests that this is about the various times Tezuka redrew these comics. Can anyone confirm this?

My sister, whom is going into her third year of Japanese in college, translated the link you posted and said that this is a book that shows original, unedited comics from their very first publications they were in and compares them to their republications. The comics covered are from "Astro Boy's first appearance".

It appears those changes are edits to the manga or deletions of certain drawings due to the fact that those things might have been discriminatory at the time of republication in whatever format it was. They also might have cut out certain panels for newspaper serialization to fit the strip in the newspaper, or re-arranged the stories to make the story consistent and flow better.

The second user review in your link says that there are also annotations from the author.

Seems like an interesting book. I wouldn't mind checking it out myself if it were in English.

EDIT: I think this link says what chapters are covered in this book.

Thanks, Shiyonasan! I have read the translation & found no mention of a story I REALLY wanted to see in its original form.

I am trusting my memory here, I think it is COUNT BAT. Higeoyaji's disguise had just been revealed, & Fooler & Pedan (the vampire) were surprised when he stated that he had been among their gang in several other disguises. I was guessing that this sequence of him revealing his other disguises was done in several panels though in DH it was in only 1. I thought that it was this sequence that CUTEY HONEY imitated, rather than allowing her to take credit for the shtick that so many attribute to her. Though I suppose that even if it never was more than 1 panel, CUTEY HONEY could have been inspired by it, & expanded on it. :p
