Does anyone have any ideas for a costume of Astro boy

I have know idea how to make one make the boots but finding tall red boots might be difficult. Any ideas for costumes, such as his hair, underwear/pants, or his skin color.

I have no idea how to make costumes of any description, let alone such a deceptively simple design. Maybe you should find a cosplayer, and ask them? Even if they didn't make it themselves, they can still point you in the right direction (and fortunately for you, most of them DO, in fact, make their own costumes).
If all else fails, I suppose you could find a good costume/cosplay designer, and commision one.
