Astro Boy's Birthday

I thought of a brillant idea if we can find out the exact date Astro Boy the cartoon was created maybe we could celebrate his birthday every year so far I found some info saying it was first aired in 1963 january 1st-december 31st 1966 that was the original run time.

According to the manga, I believe, he was born on April 7. In the past two years I believe, we had special "happy birthday" posts here to celebrate.

That was his fictional birthdate.
However, I believe he WAS created sometime in April of 1951 (he got his own manga about a year later).
