What would make Atom be all out of his character?

Let's see:
a) Killing humans (he did in the mangá for what I read, but it's no longer explored).
b) Scaring people away by shoting at them suddenly (no matter if they're bandits or not).
c) Saying insensible jokes (2003 dub made him say jokes when it was pretty uncalled for).
d) Hurting Uran if she did something stupid rather than just scolding.
e) Causing a rampage if angered.
f) Self destruct.
g) Calling names (the 2003 dub explored in a way or another).
h) Saying stupid and senseless quotes (take in account the 2003 dub which he often said "Cool jets, Atlas!" or "Let's rocket!!").
i) Robbing (doesn't fit him doing that even if he lost his memory).

Hmm, well... as per the laws of robotics:
A robot must protect its own existence as long as such protection does not conflict with the First or Second Laws.
In this instance, I don't believe it would put Atom out of character at all...

Atom would not selfdestruct for no reason, he sacrified himself in the original 1963 series, but he would not destroy himself just because he was rejected or depressed.
I'm not quite asking, just pointing things which I think it would out of his character.
Point your own point of view of what would be out of his character.

I see what your saying, however. Realistically, Atom would be out of character if he did
anything criminal, but to keep this thread on topic, here are a few examples that I think would put Atom out of character....
Atom would be out of character if he:
- Hacked into an international secured network for no reason
- Participated in drug trafficking
- Decided to Bootleg Russian vodka
- Cursed profanity at small children
- Cursed profanity at old ladies
- Pushed old ladies in front of Mack trucks
- Made prank calls to anyone with the last name "Butts"
- Stole a car to get from point A to B, even though he can fly faster
- Used said stolen car to sell discount stereos out of the trunk
- Set a Walmart on fire because he doesn't believe the prices are that great
- Broke into a college dorm, laced the punch with Miralax, and stole all the toilet paper

- Defeating Skunk and getting the money for himself.
- Lying that Dr. Ochanomizu is either selling weapons and drugs.
- Killing animals to test his weapons.
- Throwing a old woman away for fun.
- Picking fights with other robots in the street.
- Stealing Ham Egg's whip and lashing him to death.
- Playing games related to stealing and mass carnage.
- Kicking the dog.
