Mars and Uran together?

I've discussed some of that idea a while ago in the post "Jetter Mars prototype".
What do you think about their possible relationship?
Should them pick pranks in others and have a lot of fun together?
What Atom would think about their friendship?
Should Atom consider Mars to be a bad example for Uran?
