So, I was watching a episode of Uchuu Keiji Shaider called "Treacherous Brothers".

So, here is the profile of Hessler:
Commander Hessler (へスラー指揮官 Hesurā Shikikan?, 1-45): A sword-wielding field operative in black armor. Hessler oversees the attacks on Earth. He is a proud yet easily irritated warrior. Though he encouraged Himley to fight alongside him, Hessler started to regret the decision when Girls 1 and 2 point out to him that his brother might upstage him. Driven by the justified paranoia, Hessler mortally wounds his brother during their fight with Shaider and leaves him to die.

What Atom would feel if he had to deal with a brother who killed his own younger brother just to try get the glory of defeating him in a fight?

There was an episode in the Manga where Cobolt and Astro were in different schools and had to compete against each other in a combative sport. They get carried away and badly damaged each other. Dr. O. had to repair the damage and was very critical of them for being bad sports. I don't remember which of the Dark Horse books this one was in, I own about 1/4 of them and have read a few others found in the library.

In the story which I started, Karew and Balzac are robots sent to eliminate Atom in order to gain notoriety in the criminal world.
They fight Atom briefly, but the police interrupt the fight.

Later, Ham Egg suggest Dr. Randouph (the evil brothers's creator) to break the trust between each other by saying he'll only keep the one who deliver the finishing blow in Atom.

Ham Egg play a lie in Karew by saying his brother Balzac wish to kill him by his back, before giving a finishing blow in Atom.

Karew paranoically believes in Ham Egg's lies and plan to eliminate his younger brother by surprise.

Since their battle was interrupted once, they capture Uran to lure Atom for a fight to death by claiming her head will roll if the police interfere.

Atom goes to fight them and is surprised that they now hold a sword which absorb his energy, so he is cornered by one of the brothers and then one of these evil brothers kill the other by surprise.

But, Uran manage to escape by herself once one of the brothers die and she saves Atom by giving a energy capsule, so it's up for brother and sister teach a lesson for brothers who are willing to kill each other.

That story is here.

I believe that Atom would be shocked if a robot killed his own brother just to try get the chance of finishing him.
Do you agree about Atom being shocked and displeased with such attitude?
