Astro boy song search

does anyone know where can i find astro boy's song playing at the episode 44.Into the Dragon's Lair of 2003 series? at 18.30 time... thank u in advance...

Unfortunately, I don't think an OST for the 2003 (or any Astro Boy anime series except for the CGI movie) exists. There is an OST for the Sega PS2 game on youtube, it had many tracks from the Japanese version of the 2003 anime recycled within it so you might get lucky looking for it through there.
The only song that I have been able to find in complete form from the 2003 series is Boy's Heart, the Japanese closing theme found here

The introduction "True Blue" of Tetsuwan Atom 2003 can be found on-line if you're interested.
Just search around.
Same goes for "Now or Never".
