If you look for user "superuruno" on youtube you will find a Tezuka video that combines blackjack, the three eyed one, astro, princess knight. The Dr. Oshay, Astro, and Tema characters look like they are from the 2003 anime.
Tezuka is in it too.

The title is:
手塚治虫が消えた!?20世紀最後の怪事件~鉄腕アトムの名推理!~4

I'd post the URL except that it's frowned on here.

What the heck is this? Doesn't look like an amateur hack job.

Oh that’s the TV special “The Last Mystery of the 20th Century”. It was a special that Tezuka Production made to celebrate the coming of the year 2000.

You can read the plot synopsis here: http://myanimelist.net/anime/4941/Tezuka_Osamus_Strangest_Case_in_the_20th_Century

I actually like this special quite a bit. Sure the animation could of been better but it made great use of the Star System. I personally like this special more than Ravex in Tezuka World.

I don't see how it is better to give instructions on finding it illegally than directly giving the link. But to make myself useful... here's the DVD.

IANAL, but I think posting a direct link on a website can get you in hot water with the MPAA over the DMCA, but making a comment such as "It's on youtube under this title" would not.

Interesting an English language DVD with Chinese subtitles? It's also a region 3 disk but my DVD player has been hacked to play ALL regions. (Someone posted the easter egg code for the backdoor of Oppovideos DVD players on Outlaw Audio's forum).

To be perfectly honest, I don't care about any MPAA stuff, I'm just a Tezuka fan and as such find it natural that a website about my interest shouldn't encourage shameless stealing of what we love.

The DVD is in Japanese, by the way.

IANAL either, but I would not dare a real lawyer play with that because some of them can convince any judge that you are a criminal by just looking the way of something that might be pirated. And the MPAA and all do have such lawyers.
