The words to the '63 Anime theme have been posted but not for the closing credits. I've figured out that the final three lines are:
"What can I do"
"To be like you"
"And become a real Astro boy"

But I haven't figured out the first two lines.
Anybody?

Thanks. I only knew that last words because they are the same as from a 'cosmic rangers' 78 that someone put up on youtube.

The words to the theme don't really make too much sense, in many cases things were thrown in just to rhyme. I first thought the last two verses were 'sung' in first person by the 'choir' in admiration of Astro. I now think that all four verses are really spoken by Astro in the second person, representing his desire to become a human boy.
