Is this Atom in Black Jack 21 episode 13?

A "human" (and slightly older) version of Atom appears to play twins in this ep. His hair is more like BJ's . . . but then look at his (adopted) mom and dad - THEY look like Atom and Uran's parents from the 1980's anime.
What do you think?

While the parents do look like Astro's, I don't think the boys were modeled after him. The hair is all wrong, although the nose matches.
There WAS an exact match for Atom in another Black Jack episode which also starred Tenma.

Their round faces and features are just the typical "cute boy" Tezuka face mold, especially the way Tezuka Productions draws it. It's not a reference to Astro.

He does look slighty like Atomu, but I don't think they're the same person. Come to think of it, some of my characters do look a bit alike. Because they're drawn by the same person. Perhaps it's the same thing with Atomu and that boy?

Where did the next to last one come from? That Astro poster is from the 2003 anime.
