Recall that #162 featured a species of creatures that were assumed indestructible?

There is an object found in Earth's orbit, & these fearless explorers are going to investigate.

They assume it is a spaceship, & attempt to communicate:

All attempts to communicate with the thing have failed.

I have frames for an amusing GIF.

Now, what could this be?

Some clips were borrowed from 19, Atom versus Garon (19, Cosmic Giant):

It's a good thing Uran read Gulliver's Travels instead of A Modest Proposal! :d evil:

What precisely are Uran and Atom doing with the lambs?

Cute episode! It kinda looks like Atom is on something in some of these frames though.

They are the lambs, and hence, the bait, Earthshine.

Along comes a flying saucer, & it projects a movie on the clouds (anyone recall the trouble the last guy caused by doing this?):

The last two panels suggest a reaction to a VERY bad pun, or a rank smell.
Now were those space spiders just a scene in a movie being filmed by those two turkeys?

I think the film merely showed the origin of the 4-legged spiders. BTW, I think they a vultures.

Something went wrong with your frame capture, the last frame with Atom and Uran squished wasn't like that in the video. And there was a joke in there lost to us that can't speak Japanese, I'm sure of that!

Hey, there was also a nice bit of Uran singing! I wonder if this was the only episode of the '60s that had her sing? (Atom had at least one episode where he sings).

You might see that squished frame if you view in slow motion or step a frame at a time. It indicates surprise.

I think Uran sings more than once, but could not find any images so titled.

Earthshine: I caught him in the middle of a blink.
