Does anybody know the name of any female villains in Tezuka's star system? I think there was an evil queen in Princess Knight?
There are plenty of male heavies!
I need this info for a fan fiction story I have in mind.

What kind of villains do you need? Just antagonists or truly 'bad' characters? Tezuka has a lot of 'gray' villains from all genders so it might be a good idea to specify.
I believe the evil witch in Princess Knight was Madam Hell with her daughter Hecate (though I would personally say that Hecate was a gray character, not really evil but not good either).

Madam Hell was probably the one I had in mind.
I don't know if you've seen the StarWars lampoons I've been doing on Fan Fiction (I recast the movies with Tezuka characters). I now have something similar in mind for a different story.

There was one Female villain from the Hot dog corps Astro boy ep. (Though, I forgot her name.

)
There were also a few from the astro boy 2003 series, though, I'm not sure if you're looking for those.

She was a Russian-type nobility, whose mother Minya had died on the moon in an earlier story (Fool Ivan); she wanted to keep the moon free from humans as a memorial to Minya.

ROBOT ROCKET has Col. (or Capt.) Vega who is a Nazi-type who wants to make a self-assembling spaceship similar to the one Ochanomizu is working on. I believe her name was 'Olga' in the B&W series.
There is a similar Nazi-type woman in Melmo anime #3 A Captive of Chicchaina, named 'Chanta.'
I can think of others, if you want.

No "regular" female villain come to mind either, but I also recall a few from the 2003 series, although I forgot in which episodes. I guess it depends if you want a recurring character or if those who are making only one appearance are good enough.
If you want a regular one and don't find any, perhaps you could just turn a regular character into a woman, à la 2003 Epsilon? I've also heard of this in another anime, in which Aramis from The Three Musketeers was presented as a female in a particular version.

Minya was Anta Maria's mother, not daughter. I was just reading this story the other night (I'm not all the way through it yet, though; it's kind of long- but I've read it before so).

I knew that, but somehow, the wording went wrong!

I have edited my post to correct the error.
