DR. Jin had suggested that Mars would be improved if Jin installed a new heart in him. Obviously Dr. Kawashimo obviously rejected the idea.

It appears that Dr. Jin grew a Tengu nose in his later years.

So, what exactly was going on in this episode? Is that even all there is? And most importantly, what exactly is an oyabun?

I was wondering what a oyabun is too. The episode looks to me like Mars had a new heart installed and this heart made seemed to make him tougher and not as nice.

I have a sword. Atom doesn't have a sword!

I believe the word means something like 'warlord' as it seems that he had become a yakuza boss.
