Pinoko's appearance in Astro Boy Anime

Pinoko and Blackjack have appeared in an episode of the 1980 Astro anime. But Pinoko appeared in the episode "Uran and Uran" in a brief cameo shot.
BTW that episode is one of two or three featuring Uran's theme at the end instead of the usual ending theme. I really love that theme!

She and Uran were in the same drawing class together. (while the OTHER 'half' of Uran was "robotting").

She's probably writing a love letter to BJ behind her drawing. If the teacher caught her, she's end up in trouble!

It does make sense that Pinoko would be in that drawing class...it's more than likely that in that 1980s episode, Black Jack and Astro are living in the same era, just different places. So I'd love to imagine that Pinoko travels to the city to take some classes.

Pinoko Also appears in the Episode 48, when Astro is talking out of robotania with Blue Knight, she is playing with her toys!!
