Any Astro and weather control Episodes?

Are there any Astro episodes that have weather control themes? Strange storms, and Hurricanes, typhoons? Any episodes where Astro has interaction with weather? Rainbow valley? Where did I see a rainbow valley animation? The trailer? They cut that out of an episode where Astro saves a girl and flies away with her and she kisses him. Any stills?

1. the B&W series has Atom use a freezing bomb to halt the advance of a tsunami (though I doubt even freezing the advancing wave would stop the flow of immeasurable quantities of water).
2. I believe that kiss appeared only in the trailer for the episode.
