Many of the 'missing 89' episodes were base on the manga, so it is easy to follow the plot if you've read the DH version. (Good example is the two Blue Knight episodes). But some of the episodes really require understanding the Japanese dialog to fully enjoy.

For me the episode that is the greatest mystery is #171 'Kutcher Forever'. For me, this is the episode I'd really want to have the dialog translated! The final scene really disturbs me a way, I'm almost convinced that Atom has killed that short fat man, the look of anger on his face is the most intense I've ever seen. And, afterwards he is so forlorn as he talks to the statue. What is going on there?

Anybody else have an episode that catches their attention like this?

i still have hope that some fansub group will eventually those before miraculously it's all gonna come out in English .... which Jeffbert and Aprilseven have waited over 50 years for to happen or at lest since they knew there was more.
Who knows if it ever will be and not sure if it's gonna work out on Animesols that's alot of 13 episodes set's if they gonna start from Japanese episode 1.

But you make an intresting point that you can use the manga as reference guide i also kinda did that with Dororo and the 3 Phoenix movies.
