Looks like it's from the 80s to me

The toy looks pretty cool, if a little odd. I mean. Some kind of transformer... made from his insides. :T

Also, considering that's the 80's theme, I would have to say that that is definitely from the 80's.

That look seems to come more from the Manga than the Anime. I don't like that expression where is mouth is doing an 'o' either. Where is that famous smile FCO?

idk what FCO is. But there are similar figures that have him smiling. They're much nicer.

The "o" face wouldn't be so bad, I guess, if it weren't for the rest of his facial features. The shape of the head, the eyebrows... there's just something about it that just does not come together very well.

I've seen a couple of very cute ones of him in sports gear, and I think maybe an alternate school outfit. All of these would be v cute, actually, if it weren't for the fact that a lot of them wear that somewhat aesthetically displeasing facial expression. There's a similar one that looks a little better, I think, because his eyes are looking a different way... iirc...

I agree. the ones where he's smiling are better. But it could be worse.

Ah, yes. Those things' collectibility is probably reliant on their exclusivity, at least for some of them. I don't really like most of them...
