I'm not sure about that, but Nozomi Entertainment posted a playlist with some of the Astro Boy 1963 episodes that Manga Entertainment posted, which is kind of strange because Nozomi Entertainment and Manga Entertainment are two entirely different companies:

Well, regardless, I'm not complaining. I had thought that [recently] only Episode 1 of the 1963 series was available legally on YouTube. Glad to be wrong on that one.

You would be correct. They are a division of Right Stuf that focuses solely on distributing family-friendly anime.
