Oh this is so lovely.

I am not sure where to find this, but it is possible someone MADE it. Music boxes and their creation is actually a fairly rampant hobby in Japan, at least more popular there than in the United States, so it is likely that an enthusiast made it.

However, I could be wrong and it was a real piece made for consumers.

Oh I've gone through that youtube channel before! I'm pretty sure they make the tunes themselves since they do requests.
