I ran across an "Inspector Gadget" video on Youtube. The city in that series was also called 'Metro City'.
I wonder, is Gadget a cyborg or a robot?

Technically, he is a cyborg, since he was originally a human and still retains his brain. Although some will question the fact that he still has a brain
