This thing is just creepy:

It seems that a physician not particularly qualified to treat certain ailments can, with the assistance of this tall, imposing machine, take measurements, etc, while the qualified physician is in touch via the video link, directing him. But this thing by itself, is just creepy, as seen in the second image.
