I am using my PC today, so here are my notes on the guy's name: "Hebinuma – ‘hebi’ = ‘snake’ ‘numa’ = ‘swamp.’" In the episode, this guy was the same as the lion-hair guy, but in Whirlwind Z, they were 2 men.
Unfortunately, I do not believe I ever had the cult-leader guy's profile from the TEZUKA CHARACTER GUIDE vol. 1, p. 200 translated.

mine comes from my old webkinz acount I don't play webkinz anymore I think I'm too old for it now, the reason I called my webkinz user racoonangel was because my pet was a racoon, and then the word angel popped into my head giving me the idea for that user. I love the user I practically use it alot

Hey I didn't know you're supposed to make up a name. I'm just using my real lastname with my first initial. But If I was to make up a user name I'd think I'd use RobotPenguin since I run Linux on my computers. (My computer Identifies itself on the Lan as Tetsuwan Penguin or Tetsuwan Borg depending on if it's running Linux or Windows)
