Favorite childhood Christmas presents (or just any toy)
No, but I've been thinking about it lately and looking up Lego prices.
The problem I ran into last time was I didn't have a 3D model design to work from, and Lego's a difficult medium to make design changes half way through. So if I can find a blender model of Astro (or make one, but I'm not sure how well I'd do) then it should be pretty straightforward. I already have software that will split a model into voxels and display each layer which is perfect for Lego. And I still have all the bricks of course, which is about 70% of what I'd need.
So it's on the back burner at the moment. If I get back into it I'll definitely post here.
