just have a question for everyone. i'm not sure which series it was from but it was one i watched as a kid in the mid-80's that was in color. i remember at the end of every episode astroboy would write a report to the computer and for the life of me i can't remember the computer's name. does anyone know??

I was just on here wondering the same thing about the computer. I was starting to think that I was losing my mind when I started watching the 80's series. Although the other thing I noticed too is that the animation detail and quality seems much higher on the 80's dvd set. Just wondering if that changed too?

I agree it was better. Better than the TV/VHS releases that is. They remastered the footage and on the Manga release they show a side-by-side comparison of before and after.
