A bit of bad news...

well....my DVD still ha'nt come.normally it takes 2 weeks.its been over that now.so i suspect it may be out of stock...if so that means i will have to wait several moinths! *GASP!HORROR!!*
oh well...it's got to come eventualy...

Sorry, we don't keep this DVD in stock so we have to wait for the next shipment from our supplier before we can send it. We had a shipment sent last week, but they didn't included this item for some reason. I'll send them a note to make sure it gets included next time, which should be in about 2 weeks.

ah.it was confusing me because it it said it WAS in stokc and avalable to order.still,we're all humens,we are not perfect.so ive got to wait another 2 weeks.ok...BTW,ive checked the credit card.i didnt use mine...it was my mothers that was used in the end.so it should be adressed to her,not me.just letting you know before more problems start.

I'm not sure that here is the best place to resolve that issue... Maybe you should either modify your order or contact the site directly.

But then if the transaction was accepted, why does it matter if it's adressed to her or to you?

mailing problems have occoured before.i tried ordering something for my dad,and it ended up getting smashed on the bumpy ride getting sent to him.what a great birthday that was.5 broken mugs sent straight to work for him.how thoughtful...

That's frustrating! :d oh: But that wasn't because there was a problem with the order itself.

I remember ordering something for my own father for Christmas, and for some reason there was a bug or something and the order ended up just never being processed until I finally called... a while after Christmas. I mean, since I didn't end up getting it for Christmas, it didn't really matter if it took a bit longer, so I had figured I'd just wait...
