#1: My all time Favorite would have to be Castlevania: Symphony of the Night for PS1. The music and graphics in this game are simply beautiful. Screenshots etc. I liked it so much I took it apart and tried to make it an online multiplayer game (sadly, that project is dead in the water untill I get some time and money put aside for it again): Castlevania Online
#2: Seaquest for the Atari 2600 - One of the first videogames I played and still a favorite. The game mechanics are perfect, the control is ultra responsive. Sometimes simple is better. Screenshots etc.
#3: Megaman 2 for the NES - IMO the best game of the Megaman series. I've played through it countless times through the years and still love it. Megaman Legends 1&2 are also great. Screenshots etc.
#4: Final Fantasy VII for PS1 - The story and magic are simply awesome. The fact that it's still listed as the #1 Playstation game on gamefaqs 10 years after it came out, and has inspired a compendium (multiple spinoffs, 2 movies, etc.) says alot for the game. Screenshots etc.
#5: X-COM UFO Defense for PC - My favorite turn-based strategy game. It's an awesome feeling being in control of nearly every aspect of an elite military organization trying to fight off an alien invasion. You construct bases all over the world, populate them with soldiers, scientists and engineers to battle, study, and construct new weapons. Then buy supplies and weapons to finally shoot down the UFOs. Then you land at the crash sites and command your troops to take the aliens on face to face. Too cool! Screens etc.
...Trying to limit this but I have to mention a couple more I recently found:
Cave Story for PC - All the best things from the Nintendo platformers wrapped up into the ultimate oldschool-type game. The guy who made it spent 5 years perfecting every aspect of it's gameplay. To top it off, it's freeware. Download and play now! Doukutsu
Shadow of the Colossus for PS2 - This game is breathtaking. The only enemies in it are the 16 bosses. They're scattered over a huge *beautiful* landscape several miles across and you (a scrawny kid) have to hunt them down and kill them. All you have is a horse, a sword and a bow. the Collosi are anywhere from 20-80 feet tall and you have to literally climb all over them for sometimes over 1/2 an hour each each while they thrash around and try to smush you. Screens

There are a lot of games and genres I like.
However, the Castlevania series
, Super Mario RPG/Super Mario Bros 3/the rest of the platformers, Chrono Trigger, Zelda series, Kid Icarus series, Death Tank Zwei, Saturn Bomberman, Super Smash Bros Melee, Guardian Heroes, Gunstar Heroes, Mega Man series, Devil May Cry series, Unreal Tournament, Kirby series, and some countless shmups, among other things definitely the top of the list... and of course, Astro Boy: Omega Factor is a great game.
However, the Castlevania series

For one that served under Dracula, you seem much too weak.

I don't play that much video games actually, but I do like Guitar Hero, and any singing game, and I also enjoy any Pokemon or Mario game. I sooooo wanna play Astro Boy the Omega Factor though.
