So, how was your weekend?

Well, I just had about the craziest Independence Day weekend I can remember. Highlights included getting stuck on a boat in the middle of a lake during a thunderstorm (and then falling in the lake when we got hit by a wave), trying to set off fireworks in the rain (and almost catching my friend's boyfriend's hair on fire) and eventually giving up, going back inside and watching Martian Child at four in the morning (which made me cry quite a bit. That movie just hit all my emotional weaknesses, man.) Anyway, I'm severely sunburned and covered in bruises that I don't remember getting. Fun times.

What kind of shenanigans have you guys gotten into lately?

Great! I saw "Hancock" on Friday, and watched "the Horror of Party Beach" on " Offbeat Cinema" on RTN tv on Saturday. Went shooting targets on Sunday.

Hey there, Tonigirl1000. Just to let you know - "Martian Child" is an excellent movie. I loved it. I even have it in my DVD collection. It's definitely worth watching.
